1982: Setting-up of R3H


Etienne Lux, (who studied at the ICN Business School), created R3H in 1982. At that time, recruitment consulting assignments represented the main activity.



1985: Development of our assessment activity with regards to internal potentials, asked for by major industrial groups such as VITTEL, SOVAB or KRONENBOURG...

1988: Setting-up of a new office in Metz

1991: We became a member of SYNTEC RECRUTEMENT, which is the trade union for Human Resources Counsulting.

1993: Implementation and management of our first reclassification cells

1995: Development of direct approach recruitments at the national level. Setting-up of a new office in Courbevoie

1999: ISO 9002 standard certification covering all our activities. (It became the ISO 9001 certification in 2001)

2001: Consulting assignments in JSFM (Jobs and Skills Forecast Management)

2003: Yves PERDRIEL-VAISSIERE and his partner Olivier de LARRARD brought their expertise to the company in the fields of audit and global pay policy optimization

2005: Launching of our recruitment services in South-East Europe (with VESNA BOJOSKI)

2006: Registration to the NF X50-767 standard, (corresponding to the quality of recruitment consulting services), for our recruitment activities: comprehensive recruitment with adverts, direct approach, applicant selection through assessments or applicant research

In 2008 therefore, companies, organizations and institutes benefit from a 25-year expertise to make the difference.
